Camina sobre la bruma
mi niña toda de espuma,
toda de luna, toda de rosa.
Anda sobre el mundo,
sobre las cosas,
deshoja tu flor, a ver
si tu príncipe
anda por el sol en busca
de ti!!
Ay!! mi niña carmesí,
dulce manzana que
besé, corazón de acero
que apreté!!
Ay! ay! ay! cómo duele
tu adiós mi niña de espuma;
camina sobre la bruma,
deslízate sobre las olas;
tú puedes mi niña sola.
Mamá te espera en la orilla
mi tierna niña.
